1. License and Scope of Services
By inviting PRNudge to your Discord server or Slack workspace and linking repositories, you agree to these Terms. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to automated Pull Request tracking, scheduled nudge notifications, and reviewer rotation features.
2. Developer Responsibilities & Repository Authorization
Server owners and repository administrators must ensure that:
- Only repositories with valid administrative permissions are connected via Webhooks or API tokens.
- Webhook secrets and tokens are kept secure, without abusing PR notifications for spam, harassment, or excessive pings.
- Users understand that PRNudge serves as an automated scheduling assistant and does not guarantee review quality or code outcomes.
3. Zero Source Code Storage Guarantee & Disclaimer
PRNudge only ingests and processes Pull Request metadata (such as PR title, number, author, assignees, timestamps, and labels). The system never clones, downloads, stores, or analyzes repository source code, commit diffs, or private branch contents.
4. Infrastructure & Third-Party API Availability
PRNudge is built on Cloudflare Workers edge architecture and GitHub/GitLab Webhooks. We are not liable for delayed notifications arising from third-party API downtimes, rate limits, or network interruptions.
5. Service Termination
You may terminate the service at any time by removing the PRNudge bot from your server or deleting the repository Webhook endpoint.
