1. Data Collection Scope (Minimization Principle)
PRNudge strictly adheres to data minimization, processing only the essential metadata needed to deliver review nudges, with zero repository source code collection:
- Guild ID and Channel ID: Used to deliver review reminders to the configured alert channel.
- Discord / Slack User ID and GitHub/GitLab Username mappings: Used to accurately @mention designated reviewers.
- Pull Request Metadata: Including PR title, URL, number, creation timestamp, review status, and author identifier.
- Schedule Preferences: Configured reminder intervals, review deadline thresholds, and rotation queues.
2. Edge Storage & Lifecycle Management
All runtime state is stored in encrypted Cloudflare KV and D1 edge databases. Once a PR is merged, closed, or removed from tracking, its temporary cache entries are automatically purged.
3. Zero Third-Party Data Sale or Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share team identities, repository names, PR titles, or development velocity data with third-party advertisers, data brokers, or AI model trainers.
4. User Rights & Data Deletion
Team administrators may trigger the /prnudge forget command or contact support to request permanent deletion of all stored server settings, repository links, and metrics.
