1. License to Use & Activity Scope
By launching or authorizing PartyDeck (Discord Activity) in any Discord voice channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to enjoy voice-embedded multiplayer party games, quiz buzzers, spin wheels, and party soundboards.
2. Pure Entertainment & No Real Money Gambling
All features within PartyDeck (including wheels, scores, and punishment cards) are solely intended for friendly party entertainment:
- PartyDeck does not offer, facilitate, or tolerate real-money gambling, cryptocurrency trading, or monetary wagering.
- All in-game points, badges, and scoreboard rankings are temporary session records with zero cash value.
- Dare cards are created to break the ice; any participant has the right to skip or opt out of any prompt without penalty.
3. Community Guidelines & Intellectual Property
Users must adhere to Discord Community Guidelines when customizing wheel options. Silhouettes of characters, Pokémon, and games referenced in quiz questions remain the intellectual property and trademarks of their respective copyright holders.
4. Service Availability & Edge Latency Disclaimer
PartyDeck operates on Cloudflare Workers edge architecture and the Discord Embedded App SDK. We do not assume liability for temporary latency, buzzer timing discrepancies, or network disconnects caused by third-party infrastructure.
5. Termination
Participants may exit the Activity at any time by closing the window. Server administrators may revoke PartyDeck authorization from Discord Server Settings at will.
