1. Service License and Alliance Scope
By inviting GuildLink to your Discord server or configuring cross-server relay and defense commands, you agree to these Terms and receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use cross-server communication and moderation services.
2. Code of Conduct and Content Responsibility
Members communicating through GuildLink relay channels must adhere to Discord Developer Terms, Community Guidelines, and alliance standards:
- Do not distribute phishing links, malicious tokens, malware, or unsolicited advertisements.
- Do not engage in raid attacks, automated spamming, or harassment of partner guild members.
- Do not abuse officer broadcast privileges for false alarms or disruptive broadcasts.
3. Global Defense and Tiered Moderation
GuildLink includes real-time threat circuit breakers and tiered ban synchronization. Known raid bots may be blocked automatically, while sensitive cases generate evidence cards for manual verification with one-click moderator action.
4. Rate Limiting and Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided on an 'as is' basis. A distributed leaky-bucket rate limiter enforces Discord API compliance. We are not liable for slight transmission latency resulting from network congestion or upstream Discord outages.
5. Termination and Node Deregistration
Server administrators may unbind channels or remove the GuildLink bot at any time to immediately terminate authorization and detach the server from the alliance network.
