1. Minimal Data Collection
LootRadar adheres to strict privacy minimization, retaining only the identifiers required to execute automated deal notifications and role subscriptions:
- Discord Guild ID: Stored to maintain guild-level notification settings and language preferences.
- Discord Channel ID: Stored to route deal cards and interactive reaction role panels.
- Webhook URL & Tokens: Encrypted and stored in Cloudflare KV exclusively for publishing branded cards.
- Role IDs: Associated with button role panels to grant or revoke notification roles upon member interaction.
- Personal Wishlist Items: Stored as Steam AppIDs mapped to Discord User IDs for private price-drop alerts.
2. Zero Chat Message Logging
LootRadar runs on a stateless edge serverless runtime. We never intercept, inspect, record, or store general chat conversations, voice transmissions, or direct messages.
3. Built-In Tracking URL Sanitizer
To safeguard user privacy and eliminate intrusive ad trackers, LootRadar automatically strips query parameters such as utm_source, si, fbclid, and s from all broadcast links before publication.
4. Data Deletion & User Rights
Users can delete personal wishlist records anytime using /wishlist remove. Guild admins can purge all server configurations by executing reset commands or removing the bot from their server.
