By adding LootRadar to your Discord server or using its slash commands, you agree to be bound by these Terms, granting you a non-exclusive, revocable license to access game deals, Epic Games freebies alerts, console giveaway feeds, and creator notifications.
2. Third-Party Platforms & API Disclaimers
LootRadar gathers promotional feeds from public APIs and official endpoints across Epic Games Store, Steam (Valve Corporation), PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, and YouTube:
- All discount percentages, claim deadlines, and retail prices reflect data provided directly by official publisher stores.
- LootRadar acts solely as an information discovery and broadcasting bot; it does not sell, license, or broker digital keys or merchandise.
- All game titles, logos, and trademarks remain the exclusive property of their respective publishers and copyright holders.
3. Automated Channel Broadcasts & Moderation
Server administrators control alert channels and button-based notification menus. Dynamic Webhook persona switching (e.g., displaying Epic or Steam branded appearances) is provided strictly for visual clarity. Users must not abuse slash commands for spamming or disruptive activity.
4. Price Accuracy & Limitation of Liability
LootRadar is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We bear no liability for missed promotional offers, sudden price changes, API rate limits, or network interruptions originating from third-party services.
5. Termination & Removal
Administrators may terminate this service at any time by removing LootRadar or clearing notification channels, immediately ending all scheduled broadcasts.
