Términos de Servicio de la Galería y Votación Votefolio
October 7, 2026
1. Service License and Scope of Evaluation
By inviting the Votefolio bot to your Discord server or installing it to your Slack workspace, you agree to be bound by these terms. You receive a non-exclusive, revocable license to utilize community artwork exhibitions, anti-cheat voting, weekly leaderboard settlements, and Web galleries.
2. Creator Submissions and Intellectual Property
Contributors and community administrators must observe the following guidelines:
- All submitted images, text, multimedia, and external project URLs must be original or appropriately licensed without infringing any third-party IP rights.
- Uploading malicious links, typosquatting domains, hateful content, violence, or unlawful material is strictly prohibited.
- Creators retain full intellectual property rights to their submissions. Submitting content grants Votefolio permission to display and index it within the designated server channels and Web gallery.
3. Anti-Cheat Voting Engine and Fair Competition
To safeguard the integrity of community voting, Votefolio enforces system-level anti-cheat controls:
- Authors are prohibited from voting on or rating their own submissions by default.
- Minimum server membership duration is enforced (default 1 day) to eliminate disposable alt accounts.
- Each member is strictly restricted to one vote or rating per submission, verified via unique user identifiers.
4. Weekly Hall of Fame Settlement and Disclaimer
Votefolio calculates rankings according to ISO 8601 weekly cycles (e.g. 2026-W41) and broadcasts victorious cards to the designated channel. The service carries no liability for momentary network latencies or upstream platform outages.
5. Service Termination and Data Purge
Administrators may remove Votefolio at any time to terminate services, or request a complete purge of workspace historical submissions and vote records via the dashboard.
